The key differentiators for this product are Fincepta's intense focus on risk use cases, the gaps it has filled based on their industry experience and its offering as a customized solution vs. a generalized product.
Ankit, before starting Fincepta, led and scaled data science, risk & operations teams for US-based fintech & proptech startups. Prior to that, he built heavily regulated models, strategies & quant products for credit cards, investments & wealth management at BofA & Merrill Lynch for a decade.
Role Details:
We're seeking a driven GTM Engineer to build scalable, AI-driven revenue systems that completely relies on automated workflows. You'll engineer a growth pipeline through code, not headcount, while bridging sales, marketing, and technology to unlock exponential growth for our lean team targeting fintechs, proptechs & banks.
Responsibilities:
- Build automated, AI-driven workflows using low-code stacks (Clay, n8n, Airtable, GPT etc.) that drive conversions
- Design intent-based triggers and personalized follow-up sequences that automatically route, score, and nurture prospects
- Integrate CRM, marketing stack, analytics, and AI tools to create seamless data flows and real-time pipeline visibility
- Implement and optimize sales tech stack including Clay, Apollo, and automation platforms for streamlined prospecting and pipeline management
- Craft AI-focused positioning and messaging strategies to accelerate fintech market penetration
- Develop sales enablement materials and processes that amplify productivity through systematic approaches
- Oversee CRM data enrichment, workflow automation, and reporting systems to improve sales efficiency
Requirements:
- 1+ years experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or growth engineering roles
- Proven track record building automated sales workflows and implementing sales tech stacks
- Strong technical skills with no/low-code platforms and CRM systems integration
- Experience with AI tools and automation platforms for lead generation and pipeline management
- Familiarity with modern AI/ML tools and their applications in revenue generation
- Deep understanding of B2B sales processes, pipeline metrics, and ICP development (preferred)
- Background in fintech, banking, or enterprise software sales (preferred)
- Experience with C-level outbound sales and complex deal cycles (preferred)
